Harpers Ferry Hearse
These photos were taken in May of 1970 in Harpers Ferry, WV. This horse drawn hearse was in the back yard of a house neighboring the National Park there. I made inquires of the Park Service a few years ago about the hearse and they have no records that if ever belonged to them.

It is always exciting when visiting Steamtown, National Historic Site, Scranton, PA, to see their local steam excursions run through the yard and than out on the main line for a short distance.
Gettysburg Cyclorama
The is a photograph under part of the Gettysburg Cyclorama Building constructed in the 1960s and looking toward the High Water Mark. This unique structure was designed by Richard Neutra, a world class architect. It was and may still be demolished by the National Park Service.
